DESCRIPTION

Indigo blue has become synonymous with the corporate and big tech world. Widely used to communicate trustworthiness and stability while remaining fresh and clean. Within the context of Israel the color takes on a much deeper meaning. As the primary color of the Israeli flag, this blue is considered the national color of Israel and and has its origins in Judaism.

The Lost Dye

The blue used in the Israeli flag is inspired by the Tallit. The blue dye used has deep symbolism within Judaism and is itself an example of ancient experimentation and innovation. The highly prized blue dye was lost for many years but has been rediscovered and is sourced from the Hexaplex trunculu snail

Blue being the national color of Israel, it is present in the nations
flag and shares a rich and unique cultural history and lore within Israel.

Color Usage
Scale

The over-all color usage of the brand adherence to the following color scale guidelines.

This refers to the amount of presence and importance is placed on specific colors within the over-all color scheme.

This does not mean that this ratio needs to be strictly adhered to in every application, or that each color will be present in every application.

It merely serves as an overview guideline as to which colors are preferred for specific tasks.

Combinations

The SNC brand makes use of a wide array of rich and vibrant colors. However cautoin must be taken to use these colors in the correct way.

Here follows an outline of colors combinations that are encouraged as well as those that are to be avoided.

White content should not be used on the Jerusalem Stone or Haze blue color, as this will impair legibility.

Content cannot be placed on the same color background color as itself.

White, Palm Black, Tekhelet Blue & Jaffa Orange can be used as the foreground colors all the other colors (Excluding those in the two aforementioned guidelines)
