About the Program

Are you a sports tech entrepreneur looking to take your venture to the next level?

The Global Sports Tech Startups Program strengthens the sports innovation ecosystem in Morocco and Israel, leveraging the momentum of the 2026 Africa Cup of Nations and the 2030 FIFA World Cup.

By applying Israel’s proven startup acceleration strategies, the 3-month online curriculum will create new opportunities for Moroccan and Israeli startups to enter and expand in local and regional markets, and foster innovation and collaboration between entrepreneurs in the sports technology sector. 

Participation in the program includes a $150 commitment fee.

The program is conducted in English.

Yes. The program is online. There might be an opportunity to meet in Israel/ Morocco at a later stage.

Online from March 19 – May 14, 2025 | 10 weeks 

Although online, the program has been designed to be as interactive as possible. Sessions will involve 3 main elements:

  • Online hands on workshops
  • Mentoring sessions – learn from successful entrepreneurs
  • Networking opportunities – Expand your global network within the sportstech industry

The program will consist of approximately 10 startups overall: a mix of Moroccan, Israeli and European

Participants will gain valuable opportunities to expand their network, connect with potential partners, and develop collaborative projects that extend beyond the program. Key benefits include:

  • Investment Opportunities: Gain introductions to investors at the end of the program.
  • GTM & Scaling Focus: Master strategies for launching and scaling your venture locally and globally.

Yes, there is a $150 commitment fee for selected startups.

Yes. The program is tailored for sports tech startups. However, it follows a focus-agnostic approach, meaning startups from any niche within the sports ecosystem are welcome as long as they bring innovative solutions to enhance and disrupt the industry.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • English fluency among team members.
  • A tech startup in the post-Proof of Concept (PoC) development phase.
  • A business model on track to become profitable within 6 to 12 months.

Focus on at least one of these sports sectors:

    • Athlete performance
    • Fan engagement
    • Sports analytics
    • Wellness

All companies must show a clear plan for international expansion within 6 to 12 months.
