1. Grant Start-Up Nation Central Ltd. (CC), its agents, employees and assigns (collectively, the “Company”), the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs, video, and/or any derivative works thereof (collectively, the “Materials”) that the Company has taken of me as part of the Innovation in Motion – Startup Focus Day, or in which I may be included, for advertising, PR, commercial and any other lawful purpose and in any manner and medium.

2. Authorize the Company to copyright, use and publish the Materials in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other materials, in any and all media, platform or commercial format, now or hereafter known, including the internet, and for any purpose or Company’s needs whatsoever, in accordance with the Company’s sole discretion, without restriction as to alteration. The above does not impose any obligation on the Company to make any use of the Materials, in whole or in part.

3. Release the Company, and/or anyone on its behalf, from any and all claims and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the use, distribution, or creation of the Materials, including any and all claims or rights to receive royalties or consideration of any kind and/or right to use the Materials.

4. Certify that I have read this release form, understand its contents, and sign it voluntarily.
